The AI Fund in collaboration with Google is a ₦100 million initiative designed to empower 10 Nigerian startups leveraging AI in their technology products. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming industries worldwide, driving innovation, efficiency, and new business models. To unlock the full potential of AI in Nigeria, NCAIR in collaboration with Google is launching the AI Fund, a dedicated initiative to inspire and nurture the next generation of AI-powered startups in Nigeria.
Eligibility Requirements
Company:
- Headquartered in Nigeria.
- Building solutions for the Nigerian market and potentially African/global market.
- Demonstrated market fit and significant growth potential.
Founders:
- At least one Nigerian founder.
- Relevant experience and a strong team positioned for success.
Tech:
Compatibility with Google products and potential to leverage them for growth.
Core AI technology company with a live product in the market.
Startups receive:
- Financial Support: Grant funding of up to ₦10 million per startup.
- Technical Expertise: Access to Google AI tools, resources, and mentorship from Google engineers.
- Network & Visibility: Connection to Google’s vast network and opportunities for global exposure.
